Discovery Depot
Mansfield Discovery Depot provides full-day educational programs for families in northeastern Connecticut, including the towns of Mansfield, Ashford, Coventry, Tolland, Willington and Windham. Accredited by NAEYC and licensed by the State of Connecticut, we are open year-round, offering infant and toddler care, and preschool classrooms.
Mansfield Discovery Depot is a private, non-profit, local organization of parents and community members.

Our Home
Mansfield Discovery Depot's home is a spacious (13,000 sqft), single-story, purpose-built daycare facility. The building features amenities such as built-in crib nooks for naps, heated floors in the infant/toddler wing, and "the Big Room" - a giant multi-purpose space, perfect for rainy day fun.
Natural Setting
Mansfield Discovery Depot is located on 15 acres in the green hills of northern Mansfield, Connecticut. Our grounds feature a shaded sand play area, a custom-built play structure, a wooded area for nature exploration and much more!
Meals
Mansfield Discovery Depot participates in CACFP-Child and Adult Care Food Program. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are included in your tuition. Our nutritionally balanced meals are prepared in our full-service kitchen by an experienced cook who recognizes young children's food preferences and eating habits. Meals are social times and conversation is encouraged.
Support for Families
In partnership with the Town of Mansfield, Mansfield Discovery Depot is proud to offer services subsidized by grants from the State of Connecticut Office of Early Childhood for families who need them. Inquire about our School Readiness and Child Day Care grants and whether you qualify. You do not need to be a Mansfield resident.
